Founded in August 2011, Hunan Oriental Scandium Co., Ltd. (OSC) is a subsidiary of LB Group Co., Ltd. (SHENZHEN LMBL: 002601) with a registered capital of CNY127.6 million. OSC has a wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan Rongjia Scandium Vanadium Technology Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Oriental Scandium New Material Co. , Ltd. (underway).
